ENVIROMENTAL SERVICES

 In many States, the handling of mold, bacteria, etc. does not require any licensing. New Jersey is one of these States. Many companies just simply apply bleach or other chemicals that will not kill the mold or bacteria. In many cases the proper way to handle, eliminate or remediate mold and bacteria is to properly scrub the area, treat it with the proper chemicals depending on the type of mold or bacteria it is and apply a encapsulation product which will not allow the mold or bacteria to grow back. We are able to guarantee our environmental procedures because we follow the proper Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guidelines. Our environmental division, Enviro Build is a fully licensed and insured environmental company providing air quality testing and air quality remediation, mold testing and mold remediation, bacteria testing and bacteria remediation, asbestos testing and asbestos removal, tank removal and tank replacement, water quality testing, lead paint remediation, wet basement waterproofing and much more. Many environmental companies do not offer an in house air duct cleaning service, as well as an air duct sanitizing service.  We feel that this is very important due to the fact that once mold or bacteria runs through your air duct system, it should be cleaned, sanitized and remediated.  With this process, we can also control odors which could result from cigarette smoke, pets, etc.  This is done by completely fogging the building and eliminating all odors and bacteria.  All of the products and chemicals used for various remediation processes are Eco friendly and non-toxic.

As a licensed environmental company, we rely on the best and highest rated facility in the area for our testing results.  EMP&K Labs located in New Jersey, is a top rated laboratory and we have enjoyed a good relationship with them for many years.  Enviro Build has provided emergency services to many of our clients for fire damage, smoke damage and water damage, just to name a few.  In many cases when dealing with catastrophic incidents we provide structural repairs in accordance with recommendations and drawings by our structural engineer. Currently, we are in the process of opening a large facility which will encompass the largest “green” store and showroom in the tri-state area ECO Green Planet, with over 5,000 eco green products available, featuring high efficiency heating and cooling systems, tank-less hot water heaters, high efficiency air conditioning systems, radiant heat, eco green flooring, including bamboo flooring, cork flooring, allergy resistant carpeting, no VOC paints, green kitchens, high efficiency windows, high efficiency exteriors including green roofing, just to name a few.  In addition, our facility houses a design center featuring all types of architectural mouldings, faux painting, trompe l'oeil paint techniques, custom murals, lighting, stone flooring, etc.  We are located at 891 Route 37 West in Toms River, New Jersey, 08755.  We share the building with Builders General Supply and we are approximately 500 feet west of Mule Road.
